Using Sleeping Beauty mutagenesis we have performed a screen in the mouse prostate to identify genes that co-operate with loss of Pten in tumour formation. The sequencing performed here is to isolate the transposon insertion sites and also to sequence a set of key cancer genes that may also be somatically mutated and contribute to disease evolution.
