In order to determine transcriptional differences between lymphatic endothelial cell (LEC; CD45-CD31+pg38+) from B16-OVA-VEGFC melanoma tumors from Ifn?r1WT (Cre minus) and Ifn?r1iProx1 (Cre plus) mice, we sorted endothelial cells (DAPI-, CD31+, CD45-) from Ifn?r1WT (Cre minus) and Ifn?r1iProx1 (Cre plus) mice separately. Overall design: B16-OVA-VEGFC (500K) were intradermally implanted in Ifn?r1WT (Cre minus) and Ifn?r1iProx1 (Cre plus) mice.
