Environmental water samples were collected and subjected to Whole genome Metagenome analysis. The ultimate goal of the metagenome is to get an overview of the mobile genetic elements present in the environment that can transfer antibiotic-resistance genes among the environmental isolates as well as to clinical isolates and vice versa.
