资源简介:
This project aims to improve disease resistance in wheat through three strategies: increasing the copy number of the Lr34 gene, which provides adult plant resistance and broad-spectrum protection against leaf rust, stem rust, stripe rust, and powdery mildew; editing specific sites in the promoter region of the Lr34 promoter to enhance its expression; and identifying and knocking down wheat susceptibility genes to strengthen resistance to rust pathogens.\nAdditional details are available in the 'Description.docx' file located in the Supporting Documentation section below.\nLineage: All data in this collection were generated through an experiment designed and conducted at CSIRO, followed by DNA sequencing using next-generation sequencing, Sanger sequencing, and SNP-chip technologies performed by external service providers. All data, along with detailed descriptions, are provided in the folders included within this collection.
