Resultant data of repeat masking of Pristionchus nematodes (with P. neolucani)

The .out.pyc data were produced by correction of the resultant file of RepeatMasker (.out file) of Pristionchus genome by the python code, RepeatMasker_output_readable.py. The .divsum.mc files were produced by the manual correction of header and footer of .divsum files generated by calcDivergenceFromAlign.pl, analyzing Kimura divergence of the repeat families identified in each species. Ppac = P. pacificus, Pneo = P. neolucani, Pmay = P. mayeri.
