Gene expression profiles in modeled neurons.

This table lists the modeled ionic currents and their expression profiles in the selected neurons. For all the neurons except VD5, the expression profiles were obtained from the CENGen database [67], using as threshold 1 for AIY, and 2 for AVA and RIM. In the case of VA5, VB6 and VD5, instead of referring to CENGEN, we selected the currents based on the electrophysiological characterization shown in [32]. The currents modelled for the first time in this work are highlighted in bold.
