HC-ONC-013 is a synthetic dataset focusing on an immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitor) response cohort, derived from the XpertSystems.ai Synthetic Data Factorys oncology vertical (SKU 13). The dataset includes a single-table cohort of 500 patients, spanning 8 cancer types (e.g., NSCLC, melanoma, RCC) and 8 checkpoint inhibitor agents (including anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4, and combination therapies), with a comprehensive predictive biomarker panel (e.g., PD-L1 expression, tumor mutational burden, microsatellite instability), 11 organ-system immune-related adverse event (irAE) profiles (graded using CTCAE v5.0), RECIST 1.1 response assessment (including pseudoprogression and hyperprogression flags), ctDNA dynamics, and survival endpoints (such as progression-free survival and overall survival). It is designed for immunotherapy outcomes analytics, irAE risk modeling, predictive biomarker discovery, biomarker-stratified response analysis, and CPI sequencing research, while remaining 100% synthetic with no real patient data or privacy risks. The data is provided in CSV format with 128 columns across 9 modules (e.g., demographics, tumor biomarkers, treatment assignment, irAE simulation) and is calibrated against industry-grade trial data.
