"杂波背景下的雷达弱小目标检测跟踪是低空安全防控、区域态势监视、远
程精确打击、空天攻防对抗等军民应用领域的热点和难点问题。本文针对杂波下
雷达弱小目标检测跟踪技术研究的数据需求以及目前公开的雷达杂波下目标环境
数据缺乏、场景设计针对性差、仿真数据真实性不足、实测数据格式不规范、数
据描述与标注信息不全等问题,通过雷达外场实地数据录取与数据加工处理,提
供了一套以地物杂波下固定翼无人机为探测对象的雷达弱小目标检测跟踪标准数
据集。数据集涵盖强杂波、低信噪比、高动态、强机动、目标数目变化等典型场
景,共计 15 段数据,每段数据包含一定时长的雷达脉冲序列,以及与之对应的距
离波门文件和标注真值文件,数据格式规范、信息标注准确,可为雷达弱小目标
探测识别算法设计与验证、地面杂波特性研究等提供基础数据。"
Radar detection and tracking of weak and small targets under clutter background is a hot and challenging issue in military and civilian application fields such as low-altitude security prevention and control, regional situation surveillance, long-range precise strike, and aerospace offensive and defensive confrontation. Aiming at the data requirements of radar weak and small target detection and tracking technology research under clutter, as well as the current problems including lack of publicly available radar target environment data under clutter, poor pertinence of scene design, insufficient authenticity of simulated data, non-standard format of measured data, and incomplete data description and annotation information, this paper develops a standard dataset for radar weak and small target detection and tracking through field radar data acquisition and data processing, which takes fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) under ground clutter as the detection targets. The dataset covers typical scenarios such as heavy clutter, low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), high dynamics, strong maneuvering, and changing number of targets, with a total of 15 data segments. Each segment contains radar pulse sequences of a certain duration, as well as corresponding range gate files and ground truth annotation files. With standardized data format and accurate annotation information, this dataset can provide basic data for the design and verification of radar weak and small target detection and recognition algorithms, as well as the research of ground clutter characteristics.
