A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the wetland ecosystem at Damxung site (2011, 2016-2019)

This dataset contains flux observation data of the wetland ecosystem at the Damxung alpine wetland flux site, covering the years 2011, and 2016-2019. The site is located at Majilukuo village, approximately 5 km from the Damxung county, where the vegetation type is a typical plateau swamp wetland of Kobresia littledalei and Blysmus sinocompactus in northern Tibet. It is managed by the Lhasa National Field Observation and Research Station for Agro-ecosystem in Tibet. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
