资源简介:

Supporting research materials for an analytical cross-sectional study of willingness to use twice-yearly injectable lenacapavir PrEP among healthcare workers in Sironko District, Uganda. The study sample comprises 192 healthcare workers; 188 have observed willingness responses, and the primary complete-case model uses 173 workers clustered within 23 individual facilities. The deposit contains the analysis script, 16 aggregate result tables, an imputation diagnostic plot, two scientific figures, figure-generation code and documentation. Observed willingness is 153/188 (81.4%). The primary model estimates adjusted prevalence ratios using modified Poisson regression with facility-clustered CR1 covariance and t-based inference. Covariate-only chained-equations multiple imputation (50 datasets, 20 iterations) is a sensitivity analysis among 188 workers with observed outcomes; willingness and facility identifiers are never imputed. No participant-level records, completed imputed datasets, recruitment identifiers or manuscript peer-review correspondence are included. Full statistical reproduction requires the private source dataset and original cohort-selection key, obtainable subject to the study data-access arrangements. Figure 2 can be reproduced from the public aggregate Figure_Data.csv. The study received no funding. The authors declared no competing interests. The deidentified participant-level dataset may be requested from the corresponding author, Denis Mafabi (mafabidenis1@gmail.com). Public supporting materials are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
