Details included are the name, age, occupation and address of the deceased, the place and date of death, and the date of the police or medical report, as well as the coroner's finding as to the cause of death. Where an inquest is dispensed with, the coroner's finding as to the cause of death is noted whilst a list of witnesses is given as well as the verdict in the case of an inquest or magisterial enquiry. Where the enquiry concerns a fire, the address of the dwelling, names of occupants and owner, the date of the fire and the coroner's finding as to the cause of the fire are noted. (9/6154). 1 vol.
