This dataset contains district-level annual mean summer Land Surface Temperature (LST) values, OLS trend slopes, and spectral index observations derived from Landsat 8 imagery for 102 administrative districts in Doha and Al Daayen municipalities, Qatar, covering the period 2014–2024. Data were processed using Google Earth Engine. The dataset supports findings reported in Decadal Urban Thermal Dynamics in a Hyper-Arid Gulf City: District-Scale Evidence from Doha, Qatar (2014–2024).
