资源简介:
CNTN4 expressed in cancer cells may act as a novel immune checkpoint that attenuates TCR signaling by interacting with APP in T-cells. In addition, GENA-104A16, which is an anti-CNTN4 antibody, can be therapeutic agents that remove tumors by increasing immune activity by suppressing the CNTN4/APP axis. Here, we analyzed the tumor-infiltrating cell populations and marker gene expressions in CD8+ T-cells from Cntn4-overexpressed CT26 tumor tissues treated with IgG control or GENA-104A16, using single-cell RNA sequencing.
