Phylogeography and the population genetic structure of<i> Sorbus alnifolia</i> (Rosaceae) in far east area

Sorbus alnifolia (Sieb. et Zucc.) K. Koch, belonging to the genus Sorbus L. within the subfamily Maloideae of the family Rosaceae, is a species with substantial developmental value. It is admired for its leaves, flowers, and fruits, and has excellent wood quality. China is the global distribution center for S. alnifolia resources.
