Transcriptome-wide analysis of TRIM21-mediated changes in gene expression after challenge with virus and antibody

We report that TRIM21 plays a crucial role in mediating antibody interference of adenovirus gene delivery and simultaneously initiates a transcriptional programme of immune genes. Overall design: Transcriptional changes in the liver of WT and TRIM21 KO animals 4h after injection with PBS (control samples), Ad5, Ad5 + rh9C12-WT or Ad5+rh9C12-H433A. 4 replicates per condition; 32 samples in total.
