This system is built upon cutting-edge deep learning technologies and leverages Optical Character Recognition (OCR) techniques. By collecting scanned images of license plates in natural scenes, it can automatically capture the edges of license plates and correct perspective-distorted images, and supports automatic recognition of images in any orientation and with either front or reverse sides. It conducts intelligent detection, localization and recognition on the valid information of license plates, achieving an accuracy rate of over 99%.
