Global stainless steel exports by region 2022

In 2022, Western European countries exported close to 8.4 million metric tons of stainless steel, of which nearly 7.6 million metric tons were traded internally. In the same year, Asian countries exported around 12.4 million metric tons of stainless steel, the highest level recorded among the other regions.
