Quantitative analysis of transscriptomes from rat OPCs treated with DMSO or ZJU-37

Our previous data showed ZJU-37 promotes OPCs proliferation both in vitro and in vivo, the results of RNA-Seq indicated that up-regulation of cell cycle related genes may be related to it.我们既往的研究数据表明，ZJU-37可在体外（in vitro）与体内（in vivo）环境中促进少突胶质细胞前体细胞（oligodendrocyte progenitor cells, OPCs）的增殖；RNA测序（RNA-Seq）结果显示，细胞周期相关基因的上调可能与该作用相关。
