Volumetric and morphological analysis of the clades based on the in vivo confetti imaging

This dataset contains a script in programming language that describes the analytical pipeline for image processing of the in vivo data from the Confetti mice skin. The algorithm describes volumetric analysis, 3D reconstruction, density analysis, as well multiple other morphological parameters.
