Raw qRT-PCR data from experiments on BV2 cell line (passages 9-14) treated for 24 h with 1 uM amyloid beta oligomers (Aβo) or with the combination: Aβo and one of the following sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptor modulators: fingolimod, siponimod, ponesimod, CYM5541, CYM50308 and A971432. The expression of genes encoding: S1P receptors, proapoptotic and antiapoptotic proteins, and proinflammatory cytokins were analyzed in these experiments.
