一、数据采集:收集2024年4月-2025年3月电解铝过程中的工艺信息和下料信息,包括槽温、氟盐量、总下料量、铝吸出量、总能耗; 二、数据处理:根据采集的信息,以槽温(≥900℃)为统计指标,剔除氟盐空白值,获得不同槽温西安电解铝产能数据分析集,分析平均氟盐量、平均总下料量、平均铝吸出量、平均总功耗。 三、数据应用:该数据分析集反映了不同电解温度下的产量、能耗、下料量等信息,可有利于分析电解温度与产能等线性规律,为电解铝工艺提升和关键控制因素的优化提供数据参考。
1. Data Collection: Collect process parameters and feeding information during the aluminum electrolysis process from April 2024 to March 2025, including cell temperature, fluoride salt dosage, total feeding volume, aluminum tapping volume, and total energy consumption. 2. Data Processing: Based on the collected data, take cell temperature (≥900°C) as the statistical indicator, remove blank values of fluoride salt dosage, and obtain an Xi'an aluminum electrolysis production capacity analysis dataset for different cell temperatures, then analyze the average fluoride salt dosage, average total feeding volume, average aluminum tapping volume, and average total energy consumption. 3. Data Application: This analysis dataset reflects information such as production capacity, energy consumption, and feeding volume under different electrolysis temperatures. It can facilitate the analysis of linear laws between electrolysis temperature and production capacity, providing data references for the improvement of aluminum electrolysis processes and the optimization of key control factors.
