Burkholderia gladioli strain NB6, isolated from rice seeds of the Indica cultivar NonaBokra, exhibits biocontrol activity. This strain can protect rice from bacterial pathogens such as Burkholderia glumae and Burkholderia plantarii. To analyze the gene functions of B. gladioli NB6, we sequenced its genome using a PacBio Sequel2 sequencer, assembled it with Flye, and annotated the genes using the D-FAST pipeline.
