Quality of service survey July 2023 – Residency requests for foreign persons from abroad

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for the detection of the satisfaction of users using the online residence application service for foreign persons from abroad, activated in November 2020 in accordance with the instructions of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, art. 7, c.3 – as amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Art. 8(1)). The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after making the request and allows him to express satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request. The results of the survey are published monthly on the page https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-trasparente/servizi-erogati/servizi-in-rete. Requests for a change of residence within Milan or coming from another Italian Municipality or for AIRE persons, managed until the end of 2022 with the same municipal service, are no longer the subject of this survey as they are presented on the ANPR portal.
