本数据集面向高速减速器齿轮副表面改性强化进行研究。在项目后期,将成果应用在参与单位量产产品高速减速器一级减速齿轮副中,依据企业标准Q/WLY CBJ04006-2021《表面强化齿轮副寿命设计规范》,在奥地利AVL李斯特公司的电机加载台架上开展疲劳寿命试验,并使用西门子振动测试仪监测振动加速度信号。台架的转速、转矩传感器通过标定,实现精确测量。
This dataset is tailored for research on surface modification and strengthening of high-speed reducer gear pairs. In the later stage of the project, the research results were applied to the first-stage reduction gear pairs of high-speed reducers in mass-produced products of the participating institutions. In accordance with the enterprise standard Q/WLY CBJ04006-2021 *Specification for Life Design of Surface-strengthened Gear Pairs*, fatigue life tests were conducted on the motor loading test bench of AVL List GmbH (Austria), and vibration acceleration signals were monitored using Siemens vibration testers. The speed and torque sensors of the test bench were calibrated to enable precise measurements.
