The coupled physical-biochemical model, SCHISM-CGEM (Semi-implicit Cross-scale Hydroscience Integrated System Model; Coastal Generic Ecosystem Model) was used to simulate historical hydrodynamics, water quality, and clarity in Perdido Bay (AL-FL) and Saint Andrew Bay, FL. The inputs of river runoff and nutrient loading at each watershed was generated by Dr. Kalin. The outputs include 5 hydrographic variables and 29 water quality variables.
