GM-CSF-induced bone marrow derived dendritic cells (BM-DCs) were stimulated with 100 microG / mL of LPS (Re595). At 0, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 hours after the stimulation, 10 microG / mL of actinomycin D (ActD) was added, and at 0, 1/2, 1, 2, 4 hours after ActD addition cells were subjected to RNA extraction. The total RNA was further subjected for RNA-sequencing.
