Amino Acid Knowledgebase of CCR5

Amino Acid Matrix tab contains all compiled data for each amino acid of the human CCR5 sequence. Alignment matrix contains the 98 species sequences for CCR5 ortholog alignment. Paralog alignment contains all data for the 100 BLAST hits relative to human CCR5. Compiled variants contains the list of all extracted variants for CCR5 from gnomAD, TOPmed, COSMIC, ClinVar, and Geno2MP. Top 5 Geno2MP tab contains the phenotypes associated with the top 5 Geno2MP scoring variants for CCR5. md_analysis tab contains the mds analysis for movement and energy of human CCR5 protein over 300 nanoseconds. mds_analysisres contains the per amino acid movement and secondary structure annotations over the entire mds. mds_DCCM contains the correlation matrix for each amino acid to every other amino acid within the CCR5 protein structure.
