Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play crucial roles in gene regulation and plant responses to biotic stresses. This study investigates the lncRNA network in Solanum lycopersicum under Funneliformis mosseae symbiosis and Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV) infection. Using publicly available RNA-Seq data (SRP109092), we identified and characterized conserved and novel lncRNAs through de novo assembly, coding potential analysis, and domain filtering. The study aims to enhance our understanding of plant-microbe-virus interactions and their impact on gene expression, potentially providing insights for improving plant resilience and disease resistance.
