Electoral boundaries
收藏资源简介:
Legislative constituencies are the territorial framework for the election of each deputy to the National Assembly, deputies elected by direct universal suffrage for a renewable 5-year term (unless the legislature is interrupted by dissolution, Article 24 of the Constitution). This division was seized by SIGU on the basis of documents transmitted by the prefecture through the electoral department of the City of Le Havre. A new division of the legislative districts of France was established by the two ordinances of 29 July 2009, ratified by the two chambers on 19 and 21 January 2010, validated by the Constitutional Council on 18 February 2010, and published in the OJ on 23 February. The new electoral map has come into force since the 2012 parliamentary elections.
