These data represent underlying data generated for the study titled Wildfires and Extracellular Vesicles (EVs): Woodsmoke Alters EV Proteomic Signatures involved in Extracellular Matrix Degradation and Tissue Injury in Airway Organotypic Models. Data include extracellular vesicle particle count, size distribution, and charge information from nanoparticle tracking analysis; proteomic signature data from mass spectrometry analysis of isolated extracellular vesicles; in vitro culture permeability data; and cell viability data.
