The goal of this study was to compare the transcriptome profile (RNA-seq) of perinatal hearts of cardiomyocyte-specific RXRab-deficient (edKO) and WT mice, to identify genes that are controlled by the expression of the TF RXRa and RXRb. Overall design: Hearts from wild type (WT) and cardiomyocyte-specific RXRab-/- (edKO) P0 newborns were collected and analyzed by RNASeq.
