Beban Administrasi Pelayanan dalam Sebuah Instansi Menurut Hukum Administrasi Negara, Studi Kasus: Kesbangpol, Provinsi Jawa Tengah

In State Administrative Law, there is an administrative burden that arises when implementing it directly. The resulting state administrative burden is an important aspect in the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing public service functions. In the context of public services mentioned previously, the state administrative burden that arises refers to the costs, time and energy required to provide various public services to the community optimally. This article aims to analyze the burden of public administration in the public service sector, namely the National Unity and Political Agency of Central Java Province (Kesbangpol) and its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of implementing Kesbangpol's tasks. The analytical approach used in this writing is to use qualitative research through the results of direct observation and literature studies regarding the burden of state administration in the context of public services. This study will also provide an in-depth understanding of the importance of public administration efficiency in supporting the delivery of quality public services.
