Leader error sharing - Quantitative dataset

The data were collected as part of a vignette-based experimental study designed to test the causal relationship between leader error sharing and follower error sharing, as well as the mediating role of psychological safety. Participants were randomly assigned to experimental conditions in which a supervisor either disclosed or did not disclose work-related errors. Following exposure to the vignette, participants completed standardized measures assessing psychological safety and intended error-sharing behavior. The dataset consists of quantitative survey responses used to estimate mediation effects under controlled conditions.
