This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing national regional customer consumption-related data for ozone concentration detectors, aiming to understand customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for ozone concentration detectors, evaluate the market sales performance of this product, formulate service strategies for all enterprises in the industry, and provide users with more personalized products and services. It also helps enterprises gain a better understanding of their customers: enterprises can communicate with high-level customers 1 to 2 times per month, medium-level customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-level customers 1 to 2 times every six months, thereby formulating more precise production and marketing strategies. 1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data of customers regarding ozone concentration detectors. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis and utilization. 3. Algorithm-based Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data, with the demand index P calculated as: P = [(a1 / b1) + (a2 / b2)] * k Where: - a1 refers to the minimum single-order quantity; - b1 refers to the minimum single-order consumption amount; - a2 refers to the maximum single-order quantity; - b2 refers to the maximum single-order consumption amount; - k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across four major economic regions in China: Eastern Region, Northeast Region, Central Region and Western Region. Based on empirical values, the k value is 1.1 for the Eastern Region, 1.15 for both the Northeast and Central Regions, and 1.2 for the Western Region. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers based on their calculated demand index P: customers with a score above 20 are marked as "high-level", those with a score within the range of 10 to 20 are marked as "medium-level", and those with a score below 10 are marked as "low-level".
