This study aimed at evaluating the transport of mobile organic matter in soil. A column experiment under water-unsaturated flow conditions with Luvisol soil spiked with/without phenanthrene in the upper layer was conducted. After irrigation, the bacterial community structure was studied in three soil layers with different distance to phenanthrene spike.
