资源简介:
Summary statistics for "Epigenetic timing effects on child developmental outcomes: A longitudinal meta-regression of findings from the Pregnancy And Childhood Epigenetics Consortium". Each file contians summary statistics for the results of a meta-regression associating DNA methylation at birth or childhood with a child health outcome. The child health outcomes are attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder symptoms, a general psychopathology factor, sleep duration, BMI or an asthma diagnosis. See for full details: Neumann, A., Sammallahti, S., Cosin-Tomas, M., Reese, S. E., Suderman, M., Alemany, S., ... & Cecil, C. (2024). Epigenetic timing effects on child developmental outcomes: A longitudinal meta-regression of findings from the Pregnancy and Childhood Epigenetics Consortium. medRxiv, 2024-02. Each dataset contains the following columns: cpg DNA methylation site estimate_birth Difference in health outcome in SD between no or full methylation at birth. (log odds in case of asthma diagnosis) se_birth Standard Error pval_birth p value estimate_childhood Difference in health outcome in SD between no or full methylation in childhood. (log odds in case of asthma diagnosis) se_childhood Standard Error pval_childhood p value estimate_delta Change in associations of DNA methylation with health outcome between DNA methylation assessed at birth and childhood. se_delta Standard Error pval_delta p value
