Predicting the self-diffusion coefficient of atmospheric organic aerosol components via molecular dynamics simulations

The input files for all the organic compounds simulated in "Predicting the self-diffusion coefficient of atmospheric organic aerosol components via molecular dynamics simulations". The input files are categorized per compound, containing the .itp and .gro file. A common mdp file is also provided for the reproducibility of the study.
