Breast tumour microenvironment structures are associated with genomic features and clinical outcome

This update fixes an error in the image masks: the original uploaded masks were (mistakenly) pre-processing masks, hence their integer values do not correspond to the single cell data files; this update contains the post-processing masks where integer values map as originally intended. Full stack image data remain unchanged and should be downloaded from version 2.0.0. For detailed description of the contents please see version 2.0.0.
