Business Confidence in Ukraine decreased to 103.10 points in the second quarter of 2025 from 108.20 points in the first quarter of 2025. Business Confidence in Ukraine averaged 110.60 points from 2006 until 2025, reaching an all time high of 140.20 points in the fourth quarter of 2007 and a record low of 72.00 points in the first quarter of 2009. source: National Bank of Ukraine
