Data and R code for global uncertainty analysis and calibration of a chemistry transport model for tropospheric ozone and OH

Data and R code for the manuscript "Quantifying and addressing the uncertainties in tropospheric ozone and OH in a global chemistry transport model" submitted to Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics. The study explores the uncertainty in atmospheric composition and chemistry as represented by a tropospheric chemistry transport model (CTM) associated with uncertainty in the governing processes (emissions, chemistry, transport and deposition). It applies Gaussian process emulation to generate a surrogate of the CTM, permitting global sensitivity analysis and an exploratory calibration of the model using atmospheric measurements of ozone from surface stations and ozonesondes from around the globe.
