电线电缆的热稳定性高低是判断电线电缆寿命及安全性等性能的一个重要标准,关系到电线电缆的传输性能,对电线电缆进行热稳定试验,可以帮助企业把控产品质量,改进生产技术,对热稳定性能不达标的样本及时进行安全警示,提前避免社会安全隐患,为政府的质量监督提供参考依据。1、数据采集:对同一电线电缆分为三个样本分别进行高温试验,记录热稳定时间数据,2、数据处理:根据试验所得的相关数据,计算热稳定性:平均热稳定时间=三次检测的热稳定时间之和/3,通过热稳定性判断电线电缆的质量、寿命及安全性,3、热稳定性越大,该电线电缆的质量越好,将得出的热稳定性数据与国家标准进行对比,判断该电线电缆热稳定性是否达标,对不达标的产品及时进行安全警示,4、电线电缆热稳定性数据可以准确反应该电线电缆的质量、寿命、安全性等,为政府质量监管提供参考,提前减少社会安全隐患。

The thermal stability of wires and cables is a critical criterion for evaluating their service life, safety and other performance metrics, and is closely linked to their transmission performance. Conducting thermal stability tests on wires and cables enables enterprises to control product quality, optimize production technologies, issue timely safety warnings for samples failing to meet thermal stability requirements, preemptively eliminate social safety hazards, and provide reference for government quality supervision. 1. Data Collection: Three samples are prepared from the same wire and cable, and high-temperature tests are conducted on each sample. The thermal stability time data is recorded during the tests. 2. Data Processing: Based on the relevant data obtained from the tests, the thermal stability is calculated using the formula: Average thermal stability time = (Sum of thermal stability times from three tests) / 3. The quality, service life and safety of the wires and cables are evaluated based on the calculated thermal stability. 3. Higher thermal stability indicates better product quality.
