Nymphaea hybrid endosperm, gene expression and DNA methylation characterization. Nymphaea hybrid cultivar

RNAseq and Enzymatic methyl sequencing of endosperm of reciprocal hybrids between Nymphaea thermarum and Nymphaea dimorpha, in order to characterize gene expression and DNA methylation patterning. The goal of this study is to identify genetic imprinting and parent-of-origin-specific DNA methylation patterning in endosperm of water lilies.
