气象灾害遥感监测案例数据集包含了2015年以来国内多个气象灾害的多模态遥感特征数据。
数据集涵盖了风灾、雪灾、凌汛等多种典型气象灾害。结合气象数据、基础地理数据,建立以植被破坏、积雪覆盖、居民地损毁、道桥损毁等灾害典型标志。通过灾前、灾后的多时序影像分析,结合人工智能算法和专家知识,对每一种灾害解译标志进行定性定量分析。针对不同气象灾种提出了不同的特征分量。建立了灾害解译标志与遥感影像之间的映射关系,完善了不同气象灾害在多模态遥感影像中的特征表达,构建了一套全面的气象灾害多模态遥感特征数据集,为后续泛化性模型的建立提供了数据支撑。
The Meteorological Disaster Remote Sensing Monitoring Case Dataset contains multimodal remote sensing feature data of multiple domestic meteorological disasters since 2015. The dataset covers various typical meteorological disasters such as wind disasters, snow disasters, ice flood disasters and other categories. By integrating meteorological data and basic geographic data, typical disaster interpretation markers including vegetation damage, snow cover, residential area damage, road and bridge damage and other disaster-related signs are established. Through the analysis of multi-temporal pre- and post-disaster images, combined with artificial intelligence algorithms and expert knowledge, qualitative and quantitative analyses are performed on each disaster interpretation marker. Distinct feature components are proposed for different types of meteorological disasters. The mapping relationship between disaster interpretation markers and remote sensing images is established, which enhances the feature expression of different meteorological disasters in multimodal remote sensing images. A comprehensive multimodal remote sensing feature dataset for meteorological disasters is finally constructed, providing solid data support for the development of subsequent generalization models.
