In order to detect the potential pathogenic bacteria of yellow spot disease in Pyropia, the bacteria diversity in the phycosphere of Pyropia yezoensis in four different health conditions (never diseased before; suffering from disease; had disease under treatment; rehabilitative after treatment) and the surround water respectively were studied by high-throughput sequencing technique.
