资源简介:
Plant chemical compounds are key artifacts in designing the plant-associated microbiomes. In this study, we investigated the role of plant secondary metabolites and signaling molecules in Arabidopsis root microbiome assembly. By using a range of Arabidopsis mutants with gene disruptions in glucosinolates, flavonoids and signaling pathways, we explored the effects of genotypes on both bacterial and fungal community structures.
