Patient-specific digital twin gastrointestinal motion dataset

This dataset contains the synthetic digital twin gastrointestinal motion sequences generated using our fully automated digital twin pipeline. These twins model patient-specific, gastrointestinal temporally varying motion derived from static 3D clinical scans. For additional details, please refer to our publication “Modality-agnostic, patient-specific digital twins modeling temporally varying digestive motion” (PMB Article: 10.1088/1361-6560/ae2b46). Each ZIP file includes the full set of 20 synthetic motion phases, along with the corresponding deformed images, masks, and deformation vector fields (DVFs) produced by the pipeline.
