Holothuria inornata microbiome (sea cucumber) Raw sequence reads

In this study we describe the gut bacterial diversity of the sea cucumber Holothuria (Halodeima) inornata Semper, 1868 on an Eastern Tropical Pacific rocky reef (Costa Rica). The characterization of this bacterial community provides valuable insights into the composition of the intestinal microbiota in H. inornata, laying the groundwork for future studies in metagenomics and ecology.
