EUFP Corpus: EU Foreign Policy Institutional Communication, 2015–2025

The EUFP Corpus contains 34,634 public communications (approximately 27.4 million words) issued by five European Union foreign policy institutions between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025: the European Council, the Foreign Affairs Council, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, the European External Action Service, and the European Commission. Documents include statements, declarations, press releases, remarks, speeches, and conclusions. Each document is provided with its full text, date, title, source URL, document type, and language, together with flags that make known data-quality issues visible (very short or very long texts, and texts that do not match their title), as well as duplicate groups that record texts published more than once, within or across institutions. No document has been removed from the dataset. Files: eufp_corpus_v1.parquet and eufp_corpus_v1.csv contain the corpus (identical content in two formats); eufp_scraped_texts_v1.zip contains the scraped source files from which the corpus was built; README.md documents all of the columns, the construction of the corpus, its flags, and known issues. The corpus was compiled as part of a PhD project at the Department of Global Studies, Aarhus University (please contact [e-mail] for more information about the project).
