Bos Taurus strain:Chinese Simmental Transcriptome or Gene expression

mRNA profiling performed in process during the differentiation of bovine muscle-derived satellite cells (MDSCs) was very important in myogenesis. This study performed a comprehensive expression profiling of genes expressed in MDSCs during the differentiation by RNA sequencing. MDSCs were cultured in vitro and RNA was extracted from the cells at different stages before differentiation (MDSC-P), early differentiation (MDSC-D1) and late differentiation (MDSC-D3) for RNA sequencing. This was the first study to describe the comprehensive profiling allowed us to predict with high accuracy target genes of myogenesis. This study provided a valuable insight into the biology of differentiation in MDSCs.
