The GP Surgery Reviews Dataset is a review dataset for binary classification tasks, containing both real and fake GP Surgery reviews. The label feature marks real reviews as 0 and fake reviews as 1. The fake reviews were generated using DeepSeek LLM (Ollama) and additional features were derived through a processing pipeline. The dataset includes 9,974 records with features such as the original review text, sentiment analysis results, sentiment score, review text length, rating, additional feedback labels, emotion analysis results, binary classification label, absolute sentiment score, and generation category.
